How to get here

The garden is easily accessible via foot just off Deptford High Street and by public transport, with bus stops and train stations close by.

The garden is about a 5 min walk from Deptford Station, Deptford DLR and 10 from New Cross.

Buses include 47, 453, 177, 53, stopping at Deptford Bridge, Deptford High Street, Wavelegnths.

Bikes can be locked up in the Gardens playground

We recommend public transport, as there is no allocated site parking and local free parking is limited. A pay & display car park is located in Frankham Street around the corner, cars can be parked for free in marked bays on Reginald Road at limited allocated times.

By bike; we've got space for you to lock your bike, so you can roll right into the garden.

Access

The garden was originally designed in the early 90s as a school nature garden, a majority of the paths are narrow, gravel and undulating. Unfortunately the garden is currently not easily wheelchair accessible, if the gardens future is secured and redesigned making the garden more accessible will be key.  Part of the site also includes the playground, which can be accessed by wheelchairs with gate arrangement.
